1. Definitions

"Company" means Atelier Hospitality Co. Ltd, registered in England and Wales. "Customer" means the business or individual placing an order. "Goods" means the products supplied pursuant to an order. "Website" means www.atelierhospitalityco.com.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed via our website, email, or telephone constitute an offer by the Customer to purchase Goods. Acceptance occurs only upon our written confirmation or despatch of Goods. We reserve the right to decline any order without reason. Minimum order values may apply and will be communicated at time of enquiry.

  • All orders are subject to stock availability.
  • Bespoke or branded orders are non-cancellable once production has commenced.
  • The Customer is responsible for ensuring specifications are correct at time of order.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be charged at the prevailing UK rate. Payment terms for account customers are 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. New customers are required to pay in full prior to despatch. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at 8% above Bank of England base rate.

4. Delivery

Delivery timescales vary depending on the nature of your order. Standard stocked items are typically despatched within 2–5 business days. Bespoke, branded, or made-to-order items require additional lead time, which will be confirmed in writing at the time of your order acceptance.

  • Standard stocked items: 2–5 business days (UK mainland).
  • Bespoke or branded items: lead time confirmed per order — typically 2–6 weeks.
  • Large equipment and installations: surveyed and scheduled individually.
  • Highlands, islands and international orders may incur additional charges and extended lead times.
  • All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

5. Returns & Refunds

Faulty or incorrectly supplied Goods must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. We will arrange collection and replacement at no cost. Consumable or perishable items cannot be returned once accepted. Non-faulty returns may be accepted within 14 days subject to a 15% restocking fee and return of Goods in original condition and packaging.

6. Warranties

Equipment supplied by the Company carries the manufacturer's warranty, details of which will be provided with the Goods. The Company provides no additional warranty beyond that offered by the manufacturer. Warranties are void where equipment has been misused, incorrectly installed, or serviced by an unauthorised party.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability to the Customer shall not exceed the total value of the order giving rise to the claim. The Company shall not be liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

8. Privacy & Data

We collect and process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Your data is used solely for order processing, account management, and service communications. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. 9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior representations.
